Ask a questionHow do I book an appointment?
Use the appointment request form to tell us the service you’d like and when you’re available. The salon will contact you to offer a time. Your appointment is confirmed only when the salon confirms it with you.
Do I need a consultation before colour or balayage?
For big changes, balayage, colour correction and bridal hair, a consultation is strongly recommended so your stylist can assess your hair, understand your goals and give an accurate time and price. Whether consultations are free or charged is to be confirmed.
How much do services cost?
Prices depend on the service, your hair’s length and thickness, and the stylist. Starting prices will be listed on the Services & Pricing page once the salon confirms its menu. For colour work, you’ll get a quote at your consultation.
Do you do patch tests for hair colour?
Colour products can cause allergic reactions. Many salons ask new colour clients to complete a skin patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. The salon’s patch-test requirements are to be confirmed and will be explained when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. The full policy, including notice periods and any deposits, is on the booking & cancellation policy page.
