We never show live availability we can’t guarantee. A real person checks the diary and confirms with you.

  2. The salon checks availability

    Your request is reviewed and matched with an available time and stylist.

  3. You receive a confirmation

    The salon contacts you by your preferred method. Your appointment is confirmed only at this point.
